Sooooo good only thing is they should offer a full seafood platter that isnt so huge and expensive. The ice cream was good too.

Service was fast and the staff was very friendly, upbeat and helpful. Their Fried Clams Strips are delicious and of course the ice cream is terrific. Definitely coming back.

The Clam Box is exactly what it should be. The food is served hot and greasy or cold and sweet. Everything tastes great and is most definitely not good for us. Service is provided with a genuine smile, though at times the window lines are long. There are plenty of picnic tables to sit at, some on a shaded wooden platform between the buildings. Families with young children need to be cautious because the road runs right along the front of the dining area in front of the Clam Box.

Delicious seafood and grub. Ice cream is homemade and very delicious. There’s a large outdoor seating area and patio overlooking the hills and valleys. Great employees.

We got a bunch of fried seafood and it was all very good! Typical prices. We had gone one late evening for dinner, but at that hour (it was after 8pm) they were only serving ice cream. But this time we went early and the food was good and very large servings. The clam fritters were supposed to be 6 in the box and there were 8. The large fish and chips was HUGE (my 14 year old son still managed to eat it) and the scallops were good. I like that there are 2 sizes of clam strip roll. We'll be going back...

This place is a staple if your from the area and honestly you can see the best sunset in the world from dresser hill

This is nice roadside stand that may better be known for seafood. I had a burger that was average with OK fries. My wife had the clam chowder, she said it was good but nothing to go out of the way for. Counter people were very pleasant and patient.

This place was sold years ago. It was awesome in the 1970's,1980's, 1990's then the other. People took over down hill. Food higher prices small portions of not so good food. Time changes everything.The old days were the best.

Ice cream is good but food is very expensive for what you get.

I ordered clam fritters and a scallop grinder. The clam fritters were clearly burned. I just don't get how they see how burnt they are and still put them in a box to give to you. On the plus side the ice cream is good...

Love the food here. Great little shack in the middle of absolutely nowhere. Ice cream is great too. Terrific view where you sit especially when the sun is going down. Always music playing to complete the ambiance.

Great spot for some ice cream variety. Right near a popular spot for sunset peepers. If you go after dusk, beware the mosquitos... they like sweet blood!

Best ice cream ever

Had a crispy chicken sandwich with fries and a drink for 11$. The chicken was very chewy and didn't have much flavor. It was also very small for the price. The fries were your basic frozen fries. I'll go again to try the seafood but I was very disappointed with the price and quality of the lunch I had today. I really hope the quality improves as this is an awesome location.

Clams and ice cream. Clams were okay. Took a long time to get them. Ice cream sundaes for me and my wife. Both were small for the price and not much hot fudge. I tasted mint in one spoonful and peanut butter in a few despite not ordering either. I don't think they cleaned the scooper. My wife's ice cream was good. I doubt we'll be back even though we typically give a second chance.

Quick friendly service and good prices on ice cream. Finally found a great pistachio ice cream loaded with pistachio nuts! The 2 scoop ice cream in a waffle cone was huge and roughly 5$ .

It's not like it was years ago.

Fantastic food..outside tables in and out of structure . Generous portions, ice looked fabulous..fried clams were great onion rings to die for going again worth the trip....

My sister, Denise and I spend an afternoon shopping and we stopped in for lunch. While we enjoyed our lunch in the outside sitting area, what a beautiful view. I wished I had bought my camera!! Their food was delicious and what we got for the price, well my sister and I could of share just one lunch special. I had the BLT with lobster meat..boy, it's was tasty.

Although they comply w/ Covid-19 guide lines, they are "Still" pleasantly receptive to All customers. Oh Ohh, and the FOOD...Fa👏Nom👏In👏al👏!!! My wife and I enjoy the picturesque veiws while in the area as well. If you get the chance surely give this place a try! You will "LoVe" it!

Great customer service. Love the views from up high on the hill. But the ice cream is more like way too sweet ice milk, not cream. Sorry Dresser Hill. When I was a kid, I have fond memories of Dresser Hill. But as an adult, the ice cream is far inferior to Rota Springs, Kimballs, and Cherry Hill which are all very rich, flavorful, and nearly perfect. Compare and I think you will agree.

Great whole belly clams. I came all the way from Chicago to fill my need for whole belly fried clams. Great ice creams also!!

Always good fried clams and ice cream. Service is always good. Lines might be long on a gorgeous day. Worth it though.
